A safe, professional space
My aim is to provide you with a safe, professional space to support your work with clients and your professional development.
Clinical supervision allows for structured reflection on your practice and encourages the development of skills, knowledge, awareness and ethical judgement within a supportive relationship.
I aim to develop a trusting relationship with you where you feel comfortable bringing your challenges, successes, dilemmas and even errors—we are all human and can get things wrong sometimes.
My approach
As a counsellor and trainee supervisor, I use a relational, integrative model based primarily on a combined person-centred and psychodynamic modality. I also draw on attachment theory and on bereavement and trauma-informed models.
The main model underpinning my supervision work is the Seven-Eyed Model, which explores casework from the perspectives of the client, the supervisee and the supervisor, and looks at the relationships between all of them.

How it works
A free 15-minute call
We'll meet online for a short, no-obligation conversation to see whether we'd be a good match as supervisor and supervisee.
Your first session
We'll look at your caseload and how you're set up to work—online, in person, privately or as part of an agency. We'll also spend some time getting to know each other, as having a sense of what else is going on in your life helps me support you in supervision and with your own wellbeing.
Ongoing supervision
From there, we focus on whatever casework you want to bring, along with your professional development.
I offer 1-hour or 1.5-hour supervision sessions at £25 per hour.
